can some one please share your thoughts on this,
I got selected for h1b this year in lottery, but I have to say I have 2 DUI’s from England and currently in England. what are the chances of getting my h1b rejected on this basis. This happened in the year 2007. Paid fines and never got arrested or a jail term. Should I declare this in the I160 form? As I am not keen on applying for greencard in the future I am just coming for work exposure and shall leave after the completion of my h1b. when I go for h1b stamping and if I dont declare that I got convicted, do I need to provide police report detailing my criminal history, or is this just a voluntary declaration. Any advice much appriciated. Thanks.
