Hi,
I have H4 Visa. I had a H1b visa which was processed in 2013 and petition expired in 2015. In 2016 I traveled with my husband to USA with H4 Visa. Presently I am in USA with H4 Visa.But in July 2017 my I-94 expired , but my husband is applied for his h1b extention and my h4 extention together and its in pending now. I want to know am I eligible for Cap exception for H1B now using my previous H1B petiton filed?
