I went to US first time in on H4, later got H1. I came to India in last year on vacation, and due to some personal reasons, couldn’t return to US as planned, So my employer has withdrawn my H1b
I am in India now, but want to go back to US for a number of reasons. Also, A lot of my belongings are still in US
I am thinking of going as a student but some are saying the chances of me getting US student visa after I was on H1 for some time are very less
Could you please guide me on whether applying for a student visa is reasonable or not, and what other options I have to return to US?
