Hi ,
I have question regarding reapplying H1B from different employer.
I had apply for H1B from Employer A in 2014 through regular processing and got selected in Lottery, I got RFE on it in Sep and while replying for RFE my employer did some mistake . But before any decesion comes from USCIS he realized it and withdrawn application to save it from getting rejected.
He reapplied new application against it in premium processing and after RFE application got denied.
So my question here is , can i apply for H1B again with Employer B against same application as it is quota exempt now.
