My h1 expires in jan’14(6 years physical stay would be over)…my wife is on l1 which expires next year end
I am thinking to apply for l2 and ead simultaneously so that i don’t have to stop working after my h1 expires… and i can continue to work for same employer
Since my role in the organization change, my employer filled a amendment cum extension for my current h1b…
Please let me know if you se any issues with this… Should i wait for h1b extension result to come before filling for l2-ead … can i file l2-ead together? Please advise
