Please please someone HELP here…!! I did apply for my H1 on May 9th. USCIS received my documents on May 9th. I did receieve my application receipt as well. But I changed it from regular processing to premium processing on 11th june. USCIS received my check on 11th June for premium processing. As now cap gap is full.Will it affect my H1? Am I still in the processing? My application status is showing in initial review. Please some one help me on this… PLZ PLZ I am so much worried.
