Anyone entered USA with an exemption to the H1B ban

Hello,
My company lawyer has informed me that I am eligible for the exemption to the H1B ban. They have given me a letter that says so. I am also eligible for interview waiver(dropbox). I was going to take the following :

    *  Current passport and any old passports with a U.S. visa.

  •       One photograph (per U.S. visa specification).

  •       Photocopy of current I-797.

  •       Photocopy of previous I-797.

  •       Appointment Letter.

  •       DS-160 confirmation page

I was wondering if the letter given to me by my company is also needed to be submitted. Or is it something that I should present at port of entry. Are there any other documents necessary due to the travel ban?
