I am Physician, working on H1B (approved-change of status in July 2020) and prior to proclamation order I was on J1 and then obtain LCA approval in June and H1B in July. I am planning to visit Pakistan and get married and apply for H1b stamping for myself and then apply H4 for my wife on emergency appointment.
My questions, is any physician having difficulty getting H1b stamped from India/Pakistan? Any opinion or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
Well, if you are working on National interest related areas like COVID-19, you maybe able to get appointment. The only way to know is to give it a try. You can try to book an appointment and raise Emergency Appointment before you plan your travel or email them beforehand.
