My petition has been submitted on April 1 2016.i received my receipt no on 1st week of june. Did any one received approval notice or RFE for H1b cap 2017?

There are people on the main blog who have reported receiving approval notices and/or RFE for non-PP petitions.

Already its july month fingers crossed.

There is no definite answer to this, but most of the petitions should be processed by Oct. As there is no SLA for this, some may still remain untouched even after Oct.

Hi, I received my receipt# on Apr 19 and RFE on Jun 23. I am preparing my RFE materials now.
