Any one having stamping experience in India for COS (h4 to h1/ f1toh1)

Please share or suggest me if any one have experience in visa stamping at india consulate if changed status from h4 to h1 or f1 to h1.

I am working in US from Oct 2013 on wards and my h4 visa got expired in May 2013 and i have updated I94 with H1b apppoval.
