Any one getting H1B filed from two different employers for 2017 cap?
To increase the chances of getting selected in the lottery. I have found out that it is perfectly legal as long as the employers are different also the project is different.
Best case scenario would be either 1 gets selected and the other would automatically get his money back.
Second best scenario - both get selected and I have to select one of them and let me security deposit go waste with the other, hopefully recovery in 2 months of salary
Worst case scenario - Both fail in lottery and you still sit staring at the walls of your cubicle for one more year
Just thought I will get to discuss others in the same boat as me, Any thoughts or precaution etc, please advise.
