Hi All,
My H1B visa for 2014 is approved. My F1 visa stamping is valid till july 2015 and my OPTX is still valid till Feb 2015. If I leave USA for stamping in october this year and if stamping is not approved. Can I still return to US based on my OPT and F1 visa validity if I have the employer letter? As my H1B is approved and eventhough I didn’t get stamping, can I still be able to work on my H1B status here?
Please do advise me.
