Amendment Not done

Hi,

My H1B amendment was not done when i got a new client outside 50 miles where my consultancy is located. Its been 3 months since i’ve been working with this client at the new location, is it possible to do a backdated amendment or do i have some other option?

Nope, you cant backdate the amendment. You can work with the changes only after filing the amendment and receive the receipt notice.
