Hi!
I was in the US on H1B visa on June 24th. While my previous visa stamp expired I had approved I797 form since March 2020. My petition was filed as amendment because there was a minor change in my role/title.
Now I need to travel to India and I am eligible for dropbox based on their criteria. But am I exempt from Proclamation?
