I have 4 year bachelors degree in International Relations and Political Science from a university in Turkey. I worked for a year as an Import/Export Specialist. I decided to continue my career in this field. Currently, I’m studying at UCLA Extension (International Trade and Commerce Certificate, Import/Export Operations Concentration Program). During my 12 month OPT, I’m planning to work as Import/Export Specialist. My university degree and my job field is different. Am I eligible for H1B visa?
The responsibility to show how the university degree from Turkey is connected to job field is yours. Look at the courses and see if any of them were linked to international trade and commercial movement of products in global markets. If you have even 1 or 2 courses, it should be okay
