I am working in a IT MNC(more than 30,000 employees across the globe) for more than 8 years. Since August 2010 , I am based out of USA as a Executive/Manager - My US stay of 6 years period will be over by Jan 2017. My employer is planning to sponsor my Green Card so that I can stay further. As I am working as Manager/Executive and I have reportees in USA as well in India and also I visited India office every year for a month - Will I be eligible for EB1-Multinational manager Category?
Aug 2007 - Aug 2010 - Employed in India
Aug 2010 - Sep 2013 - Deputed in USA - L1B
Oct 2013 - till Date - employed in USA - H1B
Working as Manager/Executive in Same IT MNC for above duration.
