I completed my first Masters degree in 2010. I worked in the US during my OPT for a year and then left for my home country. After a period of 1.5 years I got admitted into a Masters program in a different university. I re-applied for the F1 visa and got a new Sevis number. Infact I also applied for a new passport, since my old passport had expired before applying for the F1 visa. Will I be eligible for an OPT upon the completion of my present degree?
