My company had filed my H1B petition in April 2012 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2013 and is currently in RFE status. I have been asked to provide manager letter and signed copy of Statement Of Work (SOW) to respond to the RFE. I am facing the below issue with respect to the SOW
The SOW is renewed on a periodical basis and as on date we have a signed copy of the SOW that is valid only till June 30th 2012.
The company is working on renewing the SOW that will be valid till Aug 31st 2012, but might take a month’s time to get it signed.
In either case the company feels sharing of SOW might be a legal issue
I need to respond to the RFE by Aug 1st 2012. Is there an alternative document that we can submit to the USCIS when there is no signed SOW that is valid post Oct 1st 2012.
It will be nice if someone can help me in the right direction at the earliest.
