I already got f1 visa stamping for college of saint rose university for dec 2015 spring intake .Due to personal problem ,I didn’t went to usa.
Can i know can I go without visa interview or should I go for drop box ?

Check with your college international office. Since you did not enter USA at all in 2015, your admission,SEVIS must have expired. Unless you have deferred your admission, when you decided not to go in 2015.
