11 year back I had applied for H1 B visa with graduate and 2 year of experience and petition was not picked up in lottery, I am planning to apply for H1 B with
Post Graduate & 10 years of experience in next year, now i am scary because if the USCIS maintain the data base there is a chance to reject my profile, is USCIS maintained database
for petitions not being picked up in lottery? Please someone share experience.
