After how long can I change employer

Hi, I’m with employer A who sponsored my first time H1B showing it as internal project in the LCA.

• Is there any rule which states the minimum duration I need to stay with employer A before I can move to another employer ?
• Will there be any challenges in H1B transfer, if I move to another employer within 6 months of joining employer A ?

Please advise.

No such rule. You can move the next day to another employer after your H1B is activted.

None. Make sure you only resign with your current employer and start working with the new employer after your H1B transfer is approved to avoid any issues with your status in case there is a RFE/denial for the transfer.
