Hi,
My H1B is going to expire by 14th Oct 2013.
My company filed extension but they did it as normal process.
I got receipt number and status is intial statge.
My question is,
1.staying in US after my visa approval is legal(as i have applied for extension)?
2.If legal how many days i can stay ?
3.For stamping did i need to come back to india after my extension approval ?
- If stampping is not mandatory then how can my I94 will get change ?
