Hi Saurabh,
After 4 months of wait, I finally received RFE last week. But employer is telling he cannot respond to the RFE.
Case: EAC1213***
Center:Vermont
Regular and nonPP
Since my employer lost the project for which he filed H1b for me, he is telling he cannot respond to the RFE as the H1b is tied to that project. I doubt him though. But I wanted to know is it possible to file new LCA and reply to the RFE with a new project.

Please help.

Your approach of filling new LCA and New project can be done via H1 B Amendment. Please check with your attorney how to place amendment and reinitiate along with ur RFE.
