Hi,I am currently on L1b visa and working for employer ‘A’.Applied for H1b through employer ‘B’. Got selected in lottery, but got RFE which was responded on 3rd Nov 2015. As we did not recived the response in 45 days attorney filed service request. Of which we recived the following response:Your petition is assigned to an officer and undergoing adjudicative review. We regret that we are unable to give you a time frame for when we will render a decision in your case; however, you should receive a notice of action* soon.If somebody can comment upon what is adjudicative review, and what are chances from here.If its advisable to go for premium processing to get the result quickly.
