My mother aged 68 is not capable to go inside the US Embassy on her own and answer the interview questions due to her lack of education and knowledge. She will become very nervous and scared. Can i or my wife accompany her into the embassy till the interview desk?
You may be able to request wheel chair assistance for her and an interpreter that speaks your language while booking the visa interview.
Not sure if there are any restrictions on allowing immediate relative to accompany the visa applicant during the covid protocols. You can contact VFS to check.
