6 years reset time after L1B to H1B transfer

Hi,

 I am on L1B and first travelled on L1B  in 2009.

			3/2011

then after 1 year gap  I have travelled back again on the same visa which was valid.



in May 2012 till date.Now I am planning to apply for H1B in 2015.



my question is for the 6 years , will the previous stay count  or not since I had more than a year gap between the 2 travels.
