3 form 16 A for 2 years . Tax return are needed ??

hi ,

currently only 2 years form 16 are required.

I have 2 form 16 for year 2010 - 2011

should we take form and tax return statement too ??

will ITR V would do as a tax return staement or do we need the acknowledgement .??

These are not required documents but good to have for H-1 visa stamping. Even 2 years of form-16 should be good enough.
