Hi all, i applied for H1 early this year. I recieved rfe asking about employer information and we submitted the response. Last month i recieved 2nd rfe saying that employee is highly qualified for perticular job and why are you taking this perticular person for this job. What are my chances of approval. Please help me with this.

Your Second RFE is baseless and illegal. Its a kind of provoking you to say some answer from which they will try to figure out if you slip any fact that they want to legally catch you.
Simply have your employer answer “Since the employee is having minimum required qualifications/skills we are legally eligible to hire him” Dont answer a single word more… Never…
