Hi, currently my wife has F2 visa with Opt I 20(dependant) till September 6th 2012, I have applied H4 (I 539) and got approved. I have cap gap I 20 till 9/30/12 but to my wife school not given any thing for the gap between 9/7/12 to 9/30/12. Do I need to request any thing for that gap period or she is eligible to stay legally in USA or she will be good under 60 days grace period? Please give me advise
