221g document submission for O1 Visa

Hello All,

My husband got 221g slip- visa justification submission. We are supposed to send the documents via email, So my question is What kind of details should I add with the document and also is there a format I should follow for submitting documents via email. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Based on the documents requested just draft a generic email with the case # on the 221G, Full name, and passport # and list all the documents that you attach with the email. Also attach the copy of 221G.

Thank you very much for your input. I dont see any case number mentioned, I assume its the WAC number as reference?
