If the h1b visa is under 221g administrative processing and taking longer time(2-3months) and meanwhile the employer cannot wait and terminates/end the job what will happen? Even if the visa is issued after the termination, can we travel to US? or transfer the H1b to a new client? During this 221g processing time the US payroll has to be running? Pleas share your experiences on this?
