I have attended Delhi Consulate for H1b interview and officer has given me a blue slip 221g requesting for additional documents through email.

Are the 221g processing times improved now, does still takes at least 2-3 months? In meanwhile if the client fills the position what should I do?

Is there any particular format i need to follow while sending the documents, like only black & white copies or specific file sizes or in Zip folders.

Can I do H1 transfers while this 221g is in progress and do I need to mention to the employer about pending 221g
