My 2017 H1b was denied so I filed an MTR in Jan 2018 the case was updated on 1st of May stating “your case was reopened…” on May 2nd I found out that my this year’s H1b also got picked. I want to know what would be the consequences if I proceed to go with two of these parallelly or what can be done ?
