2014 H1B petition is still in Initial Review, will it get reject?

Hi,

My 2014 H1B  petition is still in Initial Review with below information with California centre. I heard almost all candidates received their approval or RFE, but my case is still IR. Does that meant my petition is rejected? Can we call USCIS to know about the status or only attorney should call them?



"On May 31, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER that you filed."

No it does not mean your petition was rejected. It takes sometime more than 6 months to adjudicate. Make it premium processing so that you get results earlier.

They would not respond to you as only employer/attorney can call USCIS.
