2 Questions regarding DS160.

I have following 2 questions regarding DS160.

  1. ADDRESS WHERE YOU WILLING STAY IN US ?

Question:- After I travel to US, Is it mandatory for me to stay in same address I mention in DS160 ? or it’s tentative ?

  1. U.S. POINT OF CONTACT INFORMATION ?

As per my petition (LCA, ECA Form 9035 & 9035E) - Mr.A (My human resource manager at US).

As per Project Requirement Document (PRD) - Mr.B (My Project Onsite Manager).

Question:- Now do I need to fill Mr.A or Mr.B ? Filling Mr.B will cause any issue since its different from my petition ? My seniors said Mr.B would be my US Point of contact. I have this questions because I’ve been advised to fill DS160 matching information provided in my petition.
