I am currently working on L1B Visa for a company XYZ . The same company processed my H1B Petition in June 2008 , and is still in “POST Decision Activity” which is approved .
Also some time back this year I processed a new petition from a company ABC , which is now also approved and will be effective from October 1st 2013
Now I am being approached by another company PQR , and they are ready to transfer my H1 which was issued by comany ZYZ. Will the USCIS raise any issue when the company PQR files for H1 transfer with the old petition
